Blessed Carlo Acutis was born in 1991. Like millions of other teenagers around the world, Carlo enjoyed video games as he grew up. His cheerfulness and big smile came with a very deep dedication to his Catholic faith --- one that saw him combining his computer skills and devotion to the Eucharist to document Eucharistic miracles around the world, cataloguing them onto a website. Carlo understood the value of the Internet as a means of evangelizing the Good News of the Gospel. Carlo completed the website before dying from leukemia at the age of 15 – and he offered his suffering for Pope Benedict the 16th and for the Catholic Church. His life is an amazing example of making the most of every moment, with joy through faith. Carlo had asked his parents to take him on pilgrimages to the sites around the world in which the known Eucharistic miracles had occurred – but his poor health while suffering from leukemia prevented him from reaching these places. In his memory, we want to continue Carlo’s mission by using new forms of media for education and evangelization, taking everyone on virtual journeys to the places he cared so deeply about. We invite you to travel with Carlo to places he wanted to visit exploring the awesomess of the Catholic Church, it's Saints and history.
